CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Once your order has been submitted it is immediately sent for processing. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click ā€œcomplete orderā€ but after this point, we will be unable to make amendments to your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 3 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service, and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If thereā€™s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within seven days from receiving your order, and weā€™ll be happy to assist you to review the case, and if it is approved, we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case; our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Okie Doggie reserves the right to deny any return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Absolutely! We offer a no questions asked, 30-day return policy. Simply send us an email letting us know you'd like to return or exchange the product. All SALE and PROMOTIONAL items are final sale. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on these items.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. Email us a clear picture of the faulty product and we will have a new shipment issued within 72 hours.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately. If more than 7 days have gone by since your product arrived we canā€™t offer a replacement.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET.
If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement.

If youā€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.
